All my orders are market oders and where do I specify the size and quantity of the order for forex.com

I could not fild it anywhere....

The EnterLong() creating a market order would also offer you a quantity input, you can enter it as well when starting up the strategy - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...romAChart.html (Set Order Quantity)
