cannot get IB CL level 2 data in DOM

the level 2 data on CL is often missing from the DOM
ShowCumulativeDepth = true, false; same problem

I am getting level 2 for 6e, 6j, GC (using the Kinetick globex package)
i am getting level 2 for CL on my other machine, also using IB data, and 7 00 23
IB shows level 2 on TWS for CL

historical data manager, for CL for IB shows (on both machines)

ssylwester, is this using NT in combination with the TWS 906.8?

Have you tried resetting instruments, restarting NT fresh and then readding the CL 01-11 expiry to your default instrument list?
