Running Tradestation to send orders into NT via email/ATI interface. NT is configured to submit market orders on TS fill with sync timeout = 20 seconds on Tradestation tab. Everything works fiine for some symbols, but for EURUSD NT receives order (see in log) but does not execute. Then after 20 seconds states out of sync condition in log. Then when I shut down it tells me I have open orders but the order tab shows no open orders. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In order to diagnose what might be taking place in this situation, we will need you to send your Log & Trace files to our Support Desk. You can do so via the NinjaTrader platform by going to Help > Mail to Support… and checking the Log & Trace files option.
