Two computers different results

Hi guys,

I have 2 computers with NT7 with different versions on.
1. On my PC I have NT7 version 22.
2. On my laptop I have NT7 RC1 lateset version, new installation.

I'm running the same strategy on both computeres, smae dates and settings.
On my PC I get the result as I always had but on my laptop I don't get any trade and the chart is empty.
I tried it many times(restarting NT and windows) and the results are the same.
Also for the moving average strategy I don't get any result on my laptop.

Is there a known bug for the RC1 version?

What can I do to solve it?

Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider in NinjaTrader 7.0.0.22. Could it be the connectivity provider does not support the requested historical data?

You could transfer the historical data from RC1 to 7.0.0.22. Please see the instructions at the links below to export and import historical data.

Once you imported the historical data, please run the backtest once more and check if it produces results.

Hi Jason,

I'm using IQFeed as a data vendor.
I have the opposite problem the 7.0.0.22 works find but the RC1 version don't preform the backtest properly.
I'll try to copy the data and update, but is there another solution for the RC1 version?

I see. What happens when you connect to IQFeed in RC1 and you create a chart for the same historical data you intend to use in your backtest. Does it load the requested data?

You should be able to load requested data while connected to IQFeed in RC1. Do you perhaps see any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab? If so, please tell me what they state.
