Who canceled the order?

How can you determine whether Ninjatrader cancels an order or your broker cancels an order?

I had a live trade on when intrabar (by the time stamp) it appears the order was canceled.

Hello RDPoS,

I suggest to contact your broker and verify if they cancelled the order in question.If not, the order likely has been cancelled from within NinjaTrader.

Please be aware of the 'Close At Time' feature. It is located in the right click menu of each NinjaTrader order entry window. If enabled, it will flatten all positions and cancel all working orders as per the time listed at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab-->Time to flatten.

If it is not clear how the order was cancelled, please send me your log file for the date in question. You can find log files at the following location.

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrade 6.5--> Log--> log.20101123 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
