mbtrading connect problem

hi, am NT7 with mbt 11.5.0.5 , i can not get any forex quote, when i connect with mbt , and goto the instruments manager, in the "type" field ,there are only 2 options: index ,stock , no forex option ,i don't know why ,it`s ok 1 week ago ,but goes wrong this week ,i tried to reinstall NT7 and mbt , still the same problem ,and tried repire DB reset instruments ,none of them solve the problem

yes , i can get the quote from mbt navigation

Your description indicates your MBTrading connection is not authorized for forex anymore, since you cannot select it in the Instrument Manager.

Can you please send us an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com including your MBTrading username and password, so we can test your connection on our end.
