connection failure

For technical reason my internet connection was down and i tried to use NT offline.

I got an error message saying i do not have the right version and it fails to load.

When internet came back i started NT again and everything was fine. Does it mean you have to be online to use NT, is there a way we can use NT offline?

Thank you for your post.

You can use NinjaTrader offline. The error message is informing you that your are not connected to the NinjaTrader licensing servers. If you are disconnected from the internet then you will not be able to update data, charts, etc. This data would have to already be cached on your local PC.
