    eSignal SuperDom and Level2

    Hi

I created new connection with eSignal in NT7.

    connected - ok
    exception - level2 server
if in field for level2 server type adress eSignal-server connection send error-message
"Login failed: Unable to connect to level2 host."
    and connection broken.

How I can look superDom and Level 2 in NT7 ?
What and how I must configure ?

May be I must use NT6.5 for this ?

    Hello Nikoli,

    Thank you for your post.

You can view Level II data in the SuperDOM from eSignal provided you are entitled.

The message “Unable to connect to level II host” indicates that the account is not authorized to receive level II data. You will need to remove the contents of the "Level II server host" field in the connection wizard under Tools > Account Connections.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
