charts simply wont load up

hey, i have recently downloaded the demo for NT, i was connected , the time and sales was working fine (earlier on today this is) but when i tried to open a chart (it was the correct contract and month on the ES) it just shows a blank 1 minute chart, im still having the same problem

Please answer the following and we can track down what's happening.

Which version are you using? Check with Help > About.
Can you let us know who you're connected with as a data provider?
Does it indicate Connected - in the lower left corner of the control center?
Are there any error messages in the log tab?

version 6.51, yes it is green and connected, i am using the ninja demo so im connected to zenfire, no other problems

Please shutdown NinjaTrader and then check that your PC clock is synced with the correct date and time.

If you still have issues, you can create a new workspace. Click File > Workspace > New Worskpace and then recreate the chart.

WAIT no it didnt! for some reason the charts load up when im not connected , but when i am connected they dont work!

Do you have historical data enabled for this connection?

Click Tools > Account Connection> Highlight your conneciton and click Change > Make sure Historical data is enabled.
