Historical data limited?

Hello, i am creating new month charts but the historical data stop in 4/4/2009.

How could i show previous months and years?

ninjo, that might be the case depending on provider and symbol - which ones are you using here?

Zen-Fire provider and ES (E-mini SP 500)

For intraday minute you should be able to get data further back - for daily it would be limited to April 2009.

Yes, the recording of native daily data started at this time - as workaround try using for example a 1440 min chart or use a 3rd party provider like Kinetick to give you the backfill.

I think Zen-Fire gives an incomplete service. Maybe i am going to change my broker with other provider.

Kinetick is a data-only provider (not a broker). Therefore you can use the Kinetick real-time data feed in concert with your broker(s).

Since NinjaTrader supports multiple simultaneous data connections, connection order is significant. Please see the following if this is of interest:

Yes i know Kinetick isnt a broker.
My actual broker use zenfire provider but not kinetick.

I like to know a list of brokers that using Kinetick provider instead of Zenfire.
