    Lost connection to Chart

    Hi everybodies

I have this question: I was working on Eurostoxx50 (FESX) dated 12-10. This morning (wednesday, the 17th november) I had some problem, because it doesn't start to load datas.
I've closed the chart and restarted, and now I only get datas of the FESX dated 03-11 (that obviously, doens't load any data)
    What could I do?

Thank you in advance for your help

Emanuele, welcome to our forums here - you would want to work with the current front month 12-10 still for your charts - which broker ./ dataprovider are you using? Do you see any error messages in your log tab of the Control Center?

Also: which NinjaTrader version are you using? You can check this under Help > About.

      Hi Bertrand

I'm using Ninja Trader 7.0.0.23 and my provider is Zen Fire.

But is strange: I see on the Control Center the datas of the Eurostoxx 50 12-10 (FESX), with its Bid and Ask values, but seeking in the Charts, there is only the FESX 03-11.

      Why?

Thank you very much in advance for your help

If you only see the March contract on the default instrument list, you would need to add the Dec one to it in the Instrument Manager - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ment_lists.htm

          Dear Bertrand

Thank you very much for your help, but I really don't understand how to look for the right chart.
Is it possible for you to drive me through the real instructions? Please try to imagine you should give information to a child.

I look forward to hear from you soon

Emanuele, please take a moment to review the link I posted for you - it would detail the process needed to move a contract with the correct expiry to the default instrument list so you could access it from the quick selection list on your chart.

              Dear Bertrand

I've solved my problems: I changed the date in the chart windows (while appearing FESX 03-11, I chaneged in FESX 12-10) and I've rescued the right future.

Thank you very much for your precious help

              Emanuele
