XOI index chart not loading

HI,
I have added a new symbol via the instrument manager, symbol ^XOI. I am connected to yahoo. I used the same settings as the other indexes COMP, DJIA, XAU. Chart is still not loading up. Charts of other indexes with yahoo symbols do load up correctly.

Can you tell me what is the solution ?

Hi,

You have a screenshot of V7 and Chip's from V6.5. What have you entered under the Misc tab. Please double check the symbol map there.

What you can try as well is to remove the XOI from the instrument manager and then restart the software, connect, bring up a chart that works and type in the 'XOI' symbol in the middle of the chart. A small window will open where the symbol is entered. Once done hit the Enter button and the chart should fill up with data. The XOI should then also be added automatically in the Instrument Manager.
