Real-Time Historical Downloader and Exporter

Hi!
Is there any possible way to have historical tick data downloaded and exported in real-time? I use a program that feeds off of NT tick data, but downloading and exporting every few minutes can be a nuisance at times. Any suggestions would be helpful!
