    Charts are not populating

    Hi, I downloaded a new version and the charts are not populating the dome and the time&sales are populating OK.

        I have two Quote tracker platforms running in two different machines and the feed is good, on NJ7 the dome and the T&S are feeding OK the charts are the ones that are dead.

          Hello inventor1949,

          Can you please check what session template is loaded in the chart. It could be excluding the time you check the chart. Likely, it is set to 'Use instrument settings' in the Data Series menu of the chart.

          Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highight the instrument in question and click Edit. You can now view what session template was used.

          Subsequently go to Control Center-->Tools-->Session Manager. You can now see what times are used by the session template.

          If you select the 'Default 24/7' session template in the Data Series menu, it does not exclude time and you will receive real-time data at all times providing you are connected properly and the data feed provider provides real-time data.

            The 6E and ES it was set to CME FX Futures RTH last night and now is populating.
            I set it now to 24/7.
            Do i have to set all one by one to Default 24/7 ?

              Hello inventor1949,

              Session template is a per-instrument setting. Due to this, if you'd like to apply Default 24/7 to a group of charts, you'd need to set that template for each window.
