Vista ?

Historically, I have been using NT on a machine that is running XP, and haven't had any issues.

I needed to switch computers and have NT on my laptop which has Vista Basic. I have installed the latest version of the NT 6.5 (I think it is v18). When launching NT, it will often freeze up at the splash screen.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

So that I may investigate, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your most current trace file.
You'll find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20101105.txt'.
