PATS taking long time to connect.

Hi,
I upgraded to 7 a few weeks ago so I could also use Kinetick, up till last week all good. This week when I open Ninja it starts fine and even Kinetick logs onto data right away, but my brokers feed (Pats) is taking forever maybe 15-25 mins at least, then I'm constantly sticking on prices, before it'll catch up a few mins later.

Any ideas welcome.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately, connection times such as these are not unheard of when using PATSystems based connections. On the NinjaTrader side of things, there's nothing to do but wait for the connection to be established.

That said, what I'd suggest is that you contact your broker to report this. Perhaps they have some means to speed this process up.
