Ninja 6.5 Indicators for Ninja 7

I would like to upgrade to NT7 but NT6.5 indicators like Market Value and T3 Moving Avg arent listed in the NT7 Indicator section. Is there anyway these will get converted to NT7?

Thank you for your post.

Most likely these are 3rd party custom indicators & would have to be downloaded & imported in to NinjaTrader 7. However, prior to doing this make sure they are both compatible with the latest version NinjaTrader 7.

No, i'm talking about indicators that are in the Ninjatrader Forum for NT6.5 and not in the NT7. Can they be converted to NT7?

I use T3 Average from v. 6.5 in NT 7.23 with no problems.

Any indicator can be converted for use with NT 7, but custom programming may be required.

Does NT6.5 need to be uninstalled before upgrading to NT7?

There's no need to uninstall 6.5 before installing 7.

As a matter of fact, we recommend that you leave 6.5 installed so that settings from that version can be automatically migrated to NT 7.
