Draw arrows on multiple charts

I'm using V7 and have 60 min and 15 min candlesticks on one chart window with the 60 min on top.

Does anyone know how to draw on both charts from one strategy script?

For example, draw green up arrows on the 60 min and blue diamonds on the 15 min.
