Today I've been facing problems with the historical data server all day long. However, restarting NT fixed the problem every time. Please see my enclosed Screenshot for the detailed Error in the Log.
Now, I have the same problem (cannot load historical data), but restarting NT won't make it better any more. Only live data gets displayed. This causes gaps between trading sessions. Loading historical data manually (right click on chart) doesn't work either since the button is grey.
Further, the Error mentioned in the first paragraph doesn't appear in the Log any more.
I'm using NT6.5.1000.18 with Zenfire.
I've already tried the folling things without success:
Restarted PC
Disabled Firewall and Antivirus
Reinstalled NT
Checked Networking
Tools->Options->Misc->Reset Instruments
Any suggestions appreciated.
