Data not working

Everything is connected and Im feeding esignal data but it is frozen on 1700 for the e-mini, e-signal is working fine, I restarted NT several times, can someone provide a solution. Thanks

Can you let us know which version you're using? Check with Help > About.

Are there any error messages in the log tab of the control center?

How is your chart times (6.5) / session template (7.0) setup?

it works now, no data from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, no error messages, esignal was working fine, version 7.

This is a little off subject, but I'm new to NT, can I use some of the stratergies on version 7 which were made for previous versions? Or am I limited only to the stratergies on your site made for NT7?

Most strategies from version 6.5 will work in version 7. There have been some changes that can break code from version 6.5. You can see these changes here:

Thanks for the info, it wasn't during the break, the esignal chart was working and the NT chart has an interruption between 5 and 6:30 pm, it's working fine now I will check out the page you sent
