Range Chart Not Loading Data

I am using IB for my data feed and am having problems with my 4 Range chart. All my daily and minute charts load correctly but when I load my range chart historical data is not reflected on the chart unless I had the chart running live at the time. So for example I had the chart up live yesterday and today when I loaded the chart at 10:00 I had yesterday but today's data started at 10:00 and did not load the gap between when I had the chart live and when I turned the system back on today at 10:00. How do I fix it?

Thank you for your post.

When using Interactive Brokers as a data source, historical tick interval data will not be available to NinjaTrader. This will not, however, effect the ability to chart tick interval data in real-time.

If you require historical tick-interval data, that data will need to come from a secondary data provider.

after checking the website, it shows 120 historical tick data. but, i can't get it to load tick data for the free end of day version. should it work or do you have to pay to get the end of day tick data?

The End of Day feed will support Daily & longer intervals.
