what are "ask" and "bid" charts?

In NT 7's "What's New" section of the help (manual), the following entry is listed:

"Charting Enhancements

General

Added support for "Ask" and "Bid" charts"

---------

what is this referring to? (what are "ask" and "bid" charts?)

This is in reference to the ability to plot a data series based on the bid or ask price data provided by your data vendor. See screenshot

See the following section entitled �How to edit Data Series parameters� at the following:
