How to set "do not plot" markets or text as default?

How do I set it as default to NOT plot any of my orders (text) or even markers? I want this to be the default, but I know in 6.5 you can right click the chart properties, but in 7 it doesn't seem to give you that option. Even when I switch the property manually before making the chart in the chart screen, it still plots trades for some reason.

Thank you for your post.

You will need to left-click on the data series on the chart & then right-click to select Properties. You can then edit this plot setting (see screenshot)

how do I set that as default for all my charts though? so I dont have to do this every time.

You would save it in a custom chart template & then apply the template on the next charts. See the following:
