Historical data not seeing full data set

I just imported historical 1miute data going back to 1998. The download was successful however the chart custom range I select (same as datafile) only shows
limited history (2005 -present). This is both using 1-min or 60-min bars. EURUSD.txt
is the datafile, the format is correct 19980420 091900;1.0982;1.0982;1.0982;1.0982;0

The only way I can view anything is by selecting the default EURUSD symbol in NT7.

Thank you for your post.

Can you please clarify what the file you imported was titled, and also, if you go to Tools-->Historical Data Manager are you able to see all of the imported data for the instrument you imported data for.

The title was EURUSD.TXT.. And no I am not able to see in the data window. To be
clear I have tried several combinations of renaming instrument in NT ex. EURUSD.TXT and data file ex. $EURUSD.TXT, EURUSD.TXT , pretty involved here. I think your description page could be a bit more elaborate? ty
