ES 12-10 Daily bars won't fully load

It's 930 PM eastern standard. I have a five minute e-mini dec s&p chart up. Todays data started at 6PM and is perfect up till now. If I change this chart to a daily bar format, the last full bar showing is friday the 29th. with a close at 1180.25. After a few
seconds, a brand new open appears for 10/31. However, this data does not show any price action from the last 3 and a half hours of trading from tonight. It just starts a brand new open from scratch based on where prices are now. If I reload historical data, it does the exact same thing all over again. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

• What data provider are you trying to connect to?
• Does this same event occur for other futures symbols?
