No Live trading information

For my live account, how come I cannot see my positions? Prior to this i saw my trailing stops for ZC and ZS canceled. I don't see any thing on the executions page or the trades tab of the Account Performace Tab that my positions have beeen flattened. or closed. I logged in to broker portal and was able to still see my 4 long positions.

What files to I need to send to help?

You will want to view open position information on the “Positions” tab. Let me know if this information is not registering.

Note: The Account Performance tab allows you to generate customized performance data against your trade history for a selected account. Performance data is displayed in the Performance Data tabs. Please refer to this link for a comprehensive review of the Account performance Tab:
