    Strange chart DX

I think my daily chart is one day behind.
DX is setup for Default 24/7
    on GMT+1 timezone

    How can this happen?

Is it possible to retrieve a list of instruments with session template name?
Is it possible to retrieve a list of session templates and timetable?
What exactly will reset instruments do? Which fields will be changed back to default settings?

    Hello clint2008,

    Thank you for your post.

Note: resetting the NinjaTrader instruments will reset them back to their default state

Symbols included by default in NinjaTrader 7 will already have a session template associated with them. You can alter an instruments session template using the drop-down menu for this field. You can edit any template in the session manager or create your own custom session template. You will want to check out the section entitled “How to create and edit a Session Template” at the following link:

    1. What data provider are you connecting to?
    2. What are the symbol settings you are currently for the DX instrument?
    3. What session template are you using for this DX example?

      Chip,

Thanks for THE reply, but... I asked for lists of default settings of both session templates and instruments and which fields exactly are effected when resetting?

I use ib and as stated i use THE 24/7 default template. I'm not aware of other symbolsettings

        clint2008,

When you install NinjaTrader the preconfigured session templates (in NinjaTrader 7) have defined session begin & ends times. Since there are over 750 instruments & over 45 preconfigured session templates I cannot detail the effected fields in this thread. Suffice it to note that when you reset instruments, these defaults would be restored. For example, if you modified one or more of these preconfigured sessions or created a custom instrument then the ‘reset’ action would restore the start/end times back to their initial state.

You will want to familiarize yourself with this Session Manager feature. Here is the resource link:
