    can´t create account connection

    Hi ninja-support,

    i deinstalled NT and try to reinstall...( i had problems with charst that did not load) deleted my demoaccount connection too (mirus - zenfire).

    now i want to recreate this account with my username and password sent to my email but : "Your username is invalid. Please contact [email protected] for further instructions ... "

    can anyone plz help me ???

    Thank you for your post.

    This error message indicates that you did not select Zen-Fire as your data provider when configuring the connection. (This error relates to BarChart based connections. BarChart happens to be the provider selected by default.)
