Show Data Box not working

I have version 6.5 and for some reason when I click on Show Data Box it does not show anywhere. I believe that it is hiding outside my screen

Do I reload Ninjatrader? What file do I need to reset to make it work again?

Thank you for your post.

Once you have enabled the Data Box, see if you can locate the item appearing in the Window tool bar. If you see it there then right-click on the item & select ‘move’. You can then use the keyboard arrow keys to move this Data Box into view.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

It seems to open it but its not on the screen

I just got it fixed

I just found a post from 2009 that said:

Just hit any one of the arrow keys (Left, Right, Down, Up), move your mouse, and the window should magically “pop” back onto the screen.
Note: For keyboard savvy people, you can just alt-tab to the window, use Alt+Space, then M, then Arrow key, and then move your mouse.



It worked... I found it was off the screen for some reason
