getting historical data

i am using tradestation to get my data to ninja. I have applied both strategies to a chart in tradestation (those strategies are: ntexternalfeed and ntdatadownload). I am wanting to setup a 4750 tick chart of the ES futures contract. When i load the chart in ninja i get only the current bar and no historical data. I have the ninja chart set to go back 3 days. Could you please explain how i get my ninja chart to go back 3days on the 4750 tick chart?

Important limitations you need to understand...

• This interface is designed to support real-time market data for a maximum of only a few symbols simultaneously for the purpose of trade simulation in NinjaTrader, any more and you may experience performance limitations
• The interface is NOT designed to dynamically populate NinjaTrader charts with historical data from TradeStation

To get historical data from TradeStation requires exporting the data on the TradeStation side and then importing into NinjaTrader.
