Data dates require restart

    Data dates require restart

    My charts and data have been connected this weekend zen, NT7.. Notice was not picking up todays data.. Enclosed are the logs where I reloaded the data but the data didn't start to pick up today,,

    Restarted NT7 and data came back,, why didn't the data rollover like it should of?

    Hello gg80108,

    Thank you for your post.

    Within your Data Series window please set your End Date to 10/25/2010 then click Ok.

    Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

      So much for the band aid fix,,,, U know u missed the point,, I should not have to do this, every day it should roll automatically..

        Can you please tell me what version of NInjaTrader you currently have installed which can be found under Help--->About. Also does this occur for all instruments and charts?

            I would like to review your entire log and trace file. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

            In the message, please include the following:
            1.) A link to this forum thread.
            2.) Your most current trace and log files.

            You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
            Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

              NT does not start after weekend

              Same issue this morning.. NT7 doesnt start on Monday after the weekend,, I have to manually change the data series date in each chart or totally shutdown and bring NT7 back up on Mondays. I have auto strategys that want to trade early Monday in the morning. The rollover works great during the week..... I sent in the log and trace today
