live connection

iam trying to connect for the first time with my live license key i succesfully set up conection with user name and pass word sent to me from ninja and installed license key .i try to connect i get message please check your account connection parameters and internet connection. my internet connection is good

please help

Thank you for your post.

The error message you get, "Login Failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection" usually indicates incorrect information entered in the connection, or that the connection is blocked by other software (firewall, anti-virus, etc.).

At this point, please restart your NinjaTrader application.

If the issue persists, you will need to search your PC for any software that could be blocking the connection, disable these until connection can be made.
