Hi, quite frequently, Ninjatrader will freeze up for a minute and then crash. It happened again today and it said it's been recorded in my trace file. When it crashed today I had a limit order placed. When I came back, I tried to cancel the order but it won't cancel. Price has traded through it many times and it won't fill (luckily) but when I close the program it says I still have an active order. What can I do? Where can I send this trace file?

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace file.
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 (or 7) > Trace folder.
Today's trace file would be named 'trace.20101022.txt'.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
