Running Strategie message ??

Hi,
when I close out trading for the day I like to go back to Global Simulation as a check, because it'll let me know if I have any open live orders. Today it said I couldn't because I had a live strategy running ?? I don't use any strategies at all and pretty sure I hadn't clicked on anything new.

I closed down Ninja (7) and started again, opened to go live and made sure nothing was showing on chart trader, no orders anywhere, even called my broker to make sure, but again when I tried to go back to Global Simulation it said I had a running strategy.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Hate to be put in the market and have no idea.

Hello Andy,

Can you please check the Control Center-->Strategies-tab and see if it lists a strategy.
Please send me your log and trace files for today. You can find log and trace files at the following locations.

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20101022 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20101022 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Please send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.

In the mean time, please try a reboot of your PC and check if it will make any difference.

In addition, if NinjaTrader is closed it cannot submit any orders at all.

even after rebooting still getting the same message. Sent you the log.
