No Gain Connection in 'Account Connections'

Hi,

on one computer I upgraded a demo licence NT to 7.0.0.22 and the Gain Connection
menu disappeared from the 'Account Connections' menu. Reinstalling did not help.
So I cannot login to a newly created forex.com (GAIN) demo account
What can I do?

So NT is still possible to run (for free) via Gain demo ?

Hi Support

I'm trying to setup the connection for GAIN to use with my live account.

I have followed the instructions on the page http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_GAIN.htm - but i am unable to get past step 4 and 5 as it looks like there is no option to select "Use NinjaTrader servers" or GAIN or Forex.com. Am i missing the obvious here?

Can you please point me in the right direction so i can setup this connection?

This may inidcate that you're not using the most current version of NinjaTrader. Please let me know which specific version you are using.

Im using Version 6.5.1000.17 rather than Version 7 as i believe this is still in Beta and not fully supported, is this the correct thing to do?

You can continue to use 6.5, but you will need to upgrade to the 6.5.1000.18 build.
