Hello, I got no ticket number...when I Submitted the email from the field box, it soon after said, 'message sent" or something to that affect....no number.

I will do it again right now...hold on...

Ok i just tried to send antother mail and

Mail Successfully Sent

Ok, I was able to send the MAIL and it worked..however it gave no ticket number just a popup saying mail successfully sent. Not even an email to me when I clicked on send email to self.
