How can I have the charts record the trades I've made, which setting to change?

Thank you for your post.
That is a chart property called Plot Executions.
In NinjaTrader 6.5 please right click on the chart and select Properties. Please set your Plot Executions to either Text and Marker, or Markers Only to view your trade executions.
In NinjaTrader 7 please right click on the chart and then select Data Series. For the instrument you are viewing please highlight and modify in the right hand properties the Plot Executions parameter.Ryan O.NinjaTrader Customer Service
