Connection to historical market data server lost

Hi

I'm using zenfire connection and when trying to load the CL11-10 contact on any of the tick data type charts specifically renko the chart gets stuck on Loading Data,,,,

I've attached the log messages which show the message Connection to NinjaTrader historical market data server lost: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Adam\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\tick\CL 11-10\201010151700.Last.ntd' because it is being used by another process.,

I've tried shutting NT7 down and have also rebooted but am still unable to load this chart with the same log message occuring. Appreciate any advice on how to resolve this.

Thank you for your note.

Could be your virus scanner has a temp lock on a file NT is trying to access. You could try setting your Virus Scanner to not scan the NT folder:

C:\Users\Adam\Documents\NinjaTrader 7

See if that makes a difference.
