Daily chart not showing high

Hello.

For 10/15, my daily chart is not registering anything above 24.59 for 12-10 SI using the 24/7 template. My 60 min chart shows prices over the last couple days exceeding this level.

For this issue, please remove, repair, and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire:
• Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Data tab --> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Now recreate the connection. For convenience, this link includes the instructions:

Note that the Daily interval/bar will not reflect the overnight or extended hours price action. A Daily bar, even if you use the 24/7 session template, will only reflect the regular Daily session.

During RTH, 8 35am EST, the high price on my 5 min chart for SI 12-10 is 24.67, but the daily does not register it. It has the high part of the range at 24.56.

Likely, historical daily data with Zen-Fire is provided as per regular trading hours only. So it will exclude trading outside these hours. Am I correct the high you refer occurred outside the regular trading hours?

No, the 24.67 occurred during regular trading hours, 8 35 eastern standard time.

Please clarify for us which specific OHLC values you see on the 10/15 daily bar. You can check these values by middle mouse clicking on the bar to load the mini-data box.

Interestingly, I'm seeing exactly those values on both the daily chart and when looking at a minute interval chart.

Can you try right clicking in your charts to Reload All Historical Data, then let me know if the values are still off?

At 8 31a EST, the high price of the range was 24.675. Pit trading opens at 8 25am EST.

I see no such high on this day anywhere in the RTH session. Please provide me with an image of your chart showing this value.
