any more free demo and historical data provider?

Hi, I am using Gain/Forex.com's free demo account for its data. Just got an announcement about discontinuation of GAIN/Forex.com.

So is there any other free demo and historical data provider for NT 6.5 or 7?

if not, NT is really behind other competitors, don't u think?

Thank you for your post.

For free data options you can connect to Yahoo (in NinjaTrader 6.5).

For NinjaTrader 7 you can connect to Yahoo, Google, and Kinetick Free EOD. These will however not provide real-time data. For real-time you will need to subscribe to a NinjaTrader-supported data provider and/or broker. Here is the complete list of supported connection technologies:

Hi Chip,

I need demo account with free real time and historical data.

demo is for learning purpose, and it should be real time.

historical data is for backtesting.

I can't have a convenient way to do it now, as you laid it out, all free data are EOD, not real time.

You probably don't like me saying that here, you can delete my post later, but for example, MT4 has all the free demo real time data. Don't you think NT need to work on something that its users can use in a more practical way?

Just my opinion.
