    System Crash

    Version 6.5.1000.18

    My computer just froze and got the "Critical Error" message. Had to do a manual shut down of the computer. Now that it is back up I can't access my trading workspaces. Control Center shows that they are there but they will not load. Now what?

    Thank you for your post.

    Based on the steps that occurred when closing NinjaTrader it is likely that your workspaces were corrupted during that process. The .xml files that store your workspace data can not be read by NinjaTrader due to that corruption. To resolve you will want to remove your workspaces and then recreate them.

    To delete your workspaces:
    • Please close NinjaTrader and go to your desktop Start menu
    • Open My Documents
    • Go to the NinjaTrader 6.5 folder
    • Go to the Workspaces folder
    • Right click on all XML documents and select Delete
    • Now restart the application and it should start up normally
