Amp Connection

Received a new log in for a Amp demo account. The connection will not take. It worked earlier in the week but the demo period ended so I got new log in info.

Any ideas?

Hi jimbob42,

Thank you for your post.

Can you please remove, repair and recreate your connection to AMP.

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Then if that does not work can you please forward an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please let us know if you are receiving any error messages.

tried that but still will not work

I get the following error message: Login failed.Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection

Can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please reference this thread. Please attach to your email the Config.xml file from your PC which is found in the My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5.

With that file we can test the connection on our end without knowing the specifics of how the account was created.
