^TRIN not autostarting in charts

multibroker live, zenfire + TDA, NT v7.0.0.22

^TRIN won't autostart.

On 10/11, I started a ^TRIN chart.
Today, 10/12, while I was away from my computer all day, no ^TRIN data was recorded.

I don't know if TDA stores intraday ^TRIN and could care less. I need to get it autostarting so I can record and bias my strategies.


^VIX worked fine and autostarted from yesterday, and I have all of 10/12's vix action with no intervention required from me.

Note: ^VIX had the same problem in NT6.5. It would only chart if I made a new chart while it was past 9:30 am?.. This is why I love v7. It auto starts.

If there is something I missed in setting up my ^TRIN chart, please let me know too. thanks!

1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt
