Unable To Login

I am having a problem logging on. I keep getting the message
Login Failed Unable to login ( 10001)
I use NT 6.5 with Zen Fire through Mirus.

Thank you for your post.

There are two reasons that this can occur:

1. Is an incorrect time on your local PC clock. Please sync your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

2. A firewall or anti-virus application is preventing access and you will want to disable those applications and then try connecting. If you are able to you will want to configure those applications to allow access to NinjaTrader.

I am also haivng same issue
but i disabled firewall completely.
I syncehd the clocked all the way, and still immediately come up with login failed 10001 errorr.

Please help.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum.

If those steps did not work you will want to remove, repair and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire.

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
