will this be a problem

I'm using the IB excel API to enter in orders. I would also like to use ninja trader to automatically submit orders to IB. Would there be a problem with the sharing, cause the excel API is submitting orders and NT is submitting orders?

also... I'm wondering. If I submit an order through the excel IB API. the order appears under a tab "API", just like if you submitted it through ninja trader.

If you submitted an order via the excel API and were long 100 shares of INTC, would

NTMarketposition("") be 100? or would it not regesiter because it was submitted through the Excel API and not ninja trader?
