PUF File Update format

My PUF file is using a semi colon instead of a comma which is being used by
another piece of software.

Is there a way in Ninja where I can specify it to use commas or semi-colons somewhere

I'm not familiar with PUF or where you would be using this within NinjaTrader. If you're importing data, format must be according to this document:

If changing from comma to semi colon is the only change you need, this can done with many word processors Find > Replace feature. Notepad also offers find > replace.

PUF is for Position Update File, how do I change that format to a comma vs a semi-colon and no notepad is not an option. Its something which I have to set so Ninja always does it in this way

Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately it's not possible to configure this in NinjaTrader. You might consider doing some processing on the file after it's been written for this. If you want to use NinjaScript as a tool for this, help with reading writing to a file is covered in these samples:
