Pivots mismatch between NT 6.5 and NT 7

This is weird. I shut down my PC, turned it back on after a while and now the pivots seem to be ok in NT 7. I tried setting the calculation method to CalcFromIntradayData anyway and the results converge in both versions. But this info could be futile as NT 7 is plotting the pivots correctly now (only guessing). Is there any reasonable explanation for all this? I use pivots as part of my trading and I'm concerned NT 7 could be occasionally calculating pivots wrong. My data provider is IB.
