Cannot connect PATS 6.5NT Windows 7

I just upgraded a trading system to Windows7 from XP. NT 'Connecting PATS' does not turn green and just hangs when connecting to MF Global. It connects fine under Windows XP. I've checked with MF Global; they say all is fine. I've checked and double checked the account setup, it seems fine. I do not get a rejection...it just hangs. Any ideas?

A hanging PATS connection upon setup usually indicates that there is a typo in one of the account parameters or a general database issue.

I would suggest removing and repairing your account connection and trying again:

• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

When configuring your PATS account, please be very careful that there are no spaces, blank or extra characters in your account parameters.
