Move chart up/down as well as forward back

It would be nice to be able to move a chart up an down (not just changing the scaling) with the mouse in addition to the currently supported ability to move forward / backward in time...

I recognize that for some this could be confusing... So, perhaps it could be a shift / left mouse allows you to move the chart contents vertically, while normal mouse lets you move the chart contents horizontally.
