How do I keep the CCI indicator from scaling? I went into the indicator properties and turned Auto-scale to False but it still scales.

Unfortunately I am not sure if I understand your inquiry. What exactly do you mean by 'scaling'.
The CCI indicator is set to a separate panel by default, so I do not see how scaling is an issue.
If you apply the CCI indicator in the same panel as the input series and you set 'Auto scale' to False, the CCI will be excluded from the chart if it plots outside the highest high and lowest low (price bars) in the chart.
For example, if you apply the CCI indicator in a ES 12-10 chart with 'Auto scale' to False, you will not see anything from the CCI indicator. If set to True, your price bars will be vertically compressed.
